School Uniform
New set purchased once per year after 12 months of contributions. If joining mid-year, first uniform is bought the following January.
Stationery
Supplied annually in January, following the same 12-month contribution rule.
Sanitary Pads
Monthly supply for girls, starting day 31 of membership. Delivered discreetly to ensure dignity and uninterrupted school attendance.

School Trip Lunch Box

Maximum 2GB data or 2 round trips per month for verifiable educational need — homework, research, or accessing digital learning resources.
Birthday Outings
Once per year — child and parents are treated to a meal out plus a meaningful gift such as a book or school bag. Celebrating milestones together.
Teacher Progress Check
Quarterly feedback collected directly from the child's school to monitor engagement, attendance, and academic progress.
Post-Matric Support
Driver's license training OR a recognised skills programme, regardless of whether the child passed or failed matric. No child is left behind.

Alternative trade training for children who cannot attend mainstream academics — ensuring every child has a practical path to independence.
Life Skills Development Program
Weekend and holiday classes teaching Relationships, Respect, and Money Management. Age-appropriate workshops every Saturday 9am–11am plus 3-day camps per school term. Topics include self-respect, healthy friendships, boundaries, anti-bullying, budgeting pocket money, saving, and basic entrepreneurship. Facilitated by trained youth mentors from the community. Included in R250 subscription — no extra cost.
On-Site School Safety
Dedicated security team during school hours at every school where Luvare has enrolled children. Mandate: protect Luvare children only. Includes monitoring drop-off and pick-up points, responding to incidents involving our children, and liaising with the school principal on child safety.
Death of a Parent/Guardian Benefit
If a parent contributed for 6 or more consecutive years and passes away, the child continues receiving all benefits until Grade 12 at no further cost. Disclosed as an ex gratia goodwill benefit — not insurance.
